Potential Analysis & WorkshopEvident benefits of a systematic workforce management are characterized by a number of factors. In addition to qualitative potentials which cannot be measured directly (though they are crucial for the distribution centers´ or production sites´ performance), there are unique measurable and calculable effects.When performing a potential analysis – which is carried out before the implementation of the project – robust figures can be determined to calculate the return on investment (ROI). So ORion-PI® determines which processes can be improved and what cost reduction can be expected. Alternatively, in a workshop the function range and planning possibilities can be aligned to customer requirements. If in the potential analysis deliberate optimization potential was identified, the permanent implementation of ORion-PI® is recommended. The typical time frame for a potential analysis ranges from four to eight weeks. Payment methods are aligned individually.
