Potential Analysis

Evident benefits of a systematic workforce management are characterized by a number of factors. In addition to qualitative potentials which cannot be measured directly (though they are crucial for the distribution center´s performance), there are unique measurable and calculable effects.  

When performing a potential analysis – which is carried out before the implementation of the project – robust figures can be determined to calculate the return on investment (ROI). The typical time frame for a potential analysis ranges from four to eight weeks. Payment methods are aligned individually, performance-based or per fixed price model.
