Our consulting approach - proven in many customer projects - is subdivided into six successive project steps:

1. Workshop
As-is-analysis (analysis of the present status), including the definition of individual, company-specific targets

2. Data Collection
Collection of relevant enterprise data from various data sources for strategic planning

3. Modeling
Development of a so called ideal model: The goal is to determine the maximum optimization potential disregarding all theoretically eliminable restrictions

4. Restriction Analysis
Creation of possible scenarios with successive inclusion of restrictions

5. Sensitivity Analysis
Determination of restrictions with a significant impact.

6. Quantitative Analysis
Quantification of possible optimization strategies against the background of economic criteria or customer targeted scenarios.
