ORion-PI® supports manual and interactive planning in Gantt-Charts or the assignment of planning regulations and optimization algorithms. All plans can be evaluated, opposed and compared in different variants.
The assignment of optimization algorithms is based on Axxom´s optimization library - developed within several research projects – offering algorithms for diverse planning targets. E.g. the quant-based combinatorial algorithm proopt®, cost-scaling based algorithms for material flow optimization or allocation as well as ORion-PI® Target Stock Optimization an algorithm for inventory optimization. |
