Potential Analysis

The potential analysis serves for the identification and quantitative verification of optimization potentials. First of all, the necessary data for detecting and describing your processes need to be defined conjointly. The following data analysis is carried out concerning important parameters in your planning processes. They are individually analyzed regarding their influence on the overall result (sensitivity analysis) and their potential when applied in an optimal way. So, key factors can be distinguished from insignificant ones and cost drivers can be identified in your planning processes. Hence a concept for the deployment of an optimization can be deduced.

Once the concept is deduced, within a Proof of Concept your processes can be modelled in ORion-PI® and a scenario can be calculated for your individual tasks. Together with you we verify the model regarding the correctness of the mapped conditions and constraints and perform a “finetuning” in the next step. Last but not least, in a common workshop the aligned tasks in ORion-PI® are pointed out and the results are evaluated conjointly. If relevant optimization potential can be made out, the permanent implementation of ORion-PI® is recommended.

The typical time frame for a potential analysis ranges from four to eight weeks. Payment methods are aligned individually, performance-based or per fixed price model.
