Intelligent staff assignment QuelleNeckermann Logistik GmbH banks on ORion-PI® Demand-oriented Workforce Management Munich, 12th June 2007 - Beginning June 2007 QuelleNeckermann Logistik GmbH banks its workforce management at the distribution center in Leipzig/Germany on ORion-PI® Demand-oriented Workforce Management. The solution of Munich based Axxom Software AG will enable the fast and intelligent planning of more than one thousand employees in operative day-to-day business. QuelleNeckermann Logistik GmbH introduces the solution of Axxom Software AG at the Leipzig site to first calculate personnel demands and then balance available and required resources. To do so ORion-PI® considers existing and forecasted order data as well as data for planned marketing campaigns. The so generated personnel plans will lead to an increase in efficiency and transparency in the distribution center in Leipzig.
