You may practice your knowledge improving the already used standards. A software developer is defined by creativity, initiative, analytical way of thinking, team-work and the on-going desire to improve his/her knowledge. A JUNIOR Software Developer has the necessary knowledge developing Windows Applications (C#, Java or Delphi) and also good communication skills in English or German. Along with the above requirements, a SENIOR Software Developer has at least 2 years accumulated experience in Windows Applications development, medium SQL and standard development knowledge.
